On the way we stopped and did various exercises using landmarks. In no particular order:
- Arm walk (parallel bars)
- Chin down (not able to do a chin up so held myself up and lowered myself gently)
- Monkey bars (well I attempted them)
- Tricep dips
- Comando crawls
- Stairs
- Cargo net (over and around 3 times)
- Crunches
- Lunges
- Incline pullups
- Jumping over wooden steps
- More stairs
- Push ups
- More crunches
- Another ramp
- More stairs
I could not have done this session a few weeks ago, let alone backing up after yesterday's session at Primal NRG. I'm getting fitter.
Trying to get up the energy to get out of the car and have a shower.
