Wazza's Wednesday Workout

Ran from Wentworth Park to Pyrmont and then to Anzac Bridge for 3 reps of the ramp. Then back to Wentworth Park.

On the way we stopped and did various exercises using landmarks. In no particular order:

  • Arm walk (parallel bars)
  • Chin down (not able to do a chin up so held myself up and lowered myself gently)
  • Monkey bars (well I attempted them)
  • Tricep dips
  • Comando crawls
  • Stairs
  • Cargo net (over and around 3 times)
  • Crunches
  • Lunges
  • Incline pullups
  • Jumping over wooden steps
  • More stairs
  • Push ups
  • More crunches
  • Another ramp
  • More stairs

I could not have done this session a few weeks ago, let alone backing up after yesterday's session at Primal NRG.  I'm getting fitter.

Trying to get up the energy to get out of the car and have a shower.
