Yoga in the morning.
Fitted in a quick (13min) run between getting home from work and getting ready to go to the first Tuff Mudder team meeting this evening. I knew it was going to be short and that I'd missed a hill session on Monday so to compensate I ran twice around the block making sure I fitted in as many 'inclines' as I could. In NZ it would be called a flat run, here in Australia I ran a hill session.
According to MapMyRun app it was 1.99km averaging 6:34/km.
