Tuff Mudders and Brudderz team captain has given us homework; to set a goal for April. I looked at the Coolrunning calendar and found this 10km event Macarthur Lions Club Anzac Run
Upper body strength is my real issue though. I'm going to need to build this up so I'm setting a strength goal too. Problem is I have no baseline measure. I can't even do 1 full pushup. There we go. My goal is to do 1 full push up by the end of April.
