Great pilates session Last night. Jacqui took us up a level in some of the exercises and I attempted boomerang for the first time. And. Nothing. Could. Not. Get. Urgh. my legs off the ground.
We realised I'm not able to engage my lower abs at all. My hip flexors are very tight and it seems too helpful. Remedial exercises required.
Sometimes you have got to go up to go down a level. Then hopefully like chumbawamba you'll get back up again.
Heading to Perth today for a session with Sparta PT. Penrith is too far so we compromised and decided on Perth. The things we do eh? Seriously there are other reasons I'll be in Perth and so will Jen so perfect opportunity to get in a session with her.
