Time Trial

Tonight I had 8k on the program so headed off for about 3k before the Run Club session started.

I didn't have much in me after yesterday's 8 x 100m sprints and running with kettlebells so the pace was fairly cruisey.

Session went as follows:
2 x 400m warmup
Form drills with 200m run-throughs.

3k timetrial (18.06)

Uphill walking lunges
Triceps dips
