Tonight, despite a really tough 6:15pm session at Primal I stayed for the double. My arms and core were pretty fatigued by the end of the second session but I did it! That's two doubles this week! Go me!!
1 month till Tough Mudder today so only three weeks of training left. That realisation has been motivation to pick up the training this week.
I ran around the block before and in between classes for a total of 1.4km so barely worth a mention! Did a fair amount of skipping tonight too.
