60 sec/45 secs/30 secs rounds
squats with 10kg
rows using crank-it straps
lying to standing with 5kg
tricep extensions using crank-it straps
plank for 1 min
then 60/45/30 secs
plyometric lunges
flys using crank it straps
burpees
rotations using straps
plank for 30 secs
c.f sit-ups for 30 secs
