Primal session:
Warmup skipping, jumping jacks, pressups
In pairs; medicine ball throws To each other
Chest to wall x 5 each
Side to wall x 5
Floor slams x 5
Pressups on ball x 5
Incline press-ups using ropes x 50 (15, 10, 10, 5)
Supine pull ups using ropes x 10 (5, 5)
Firemans walk with 12kg kettlebells alternating with firemans walk carrying sandbag x 3
Stretch
Todays session seemed to go very quickly!
Edit: forgot 20 walking lunges with 10kg x 3 sets with planks in between sets while my partner did her walking lunges
