No I'm not going through late male puberty, nor have I taken up rugby or some such team event involving balls however I've been dropping the ball a bit this week due to being very busy at work. I'm trying to remember what exercise I've done because I didn't blog or write it down.
Friday - long run 45:53 as I had to work Saturday
Saturday - rest
Sunday - 3km time trial 19:57
Monday - rest as Runclub was cancelled and I was knackered after work
Tuesday - rest as I was knackered after work and slack
Wednesday - run and cross-train with TM team-mates Wazza and Lou. Very pleased with myself for doing this after getting up at 3:20am to go to the Dawn Service. Tried to map the route but couldn't remember it all and the satellite map is old so not much help. I've called it Wazza's Workout.
We stopped at the cargo net and I did 5 x up and over and around without touching the ground.
We then ran to some stairs and did a pyramid session on the stairs with squats, lunges, pushups in between.
