My first training session with the Tuff Mudders crew.
Run from Wentworth Park to Pyrmont Point.
10 x up and over cargo net
Run to stairs
Pyramid on stairs with boxing set in between
2 sets of the following (with stairs between sets):
10 x squats
10 x push ups
10 x walking lunges
Run to Anzac Bridge
5 x reps of ramp up to the bridge
Run to Wentworth Park
Wasn't wearing Garmin so no idea how far I ran total, probably about 5km I guess.
