My life often feels like a precariously balanced house of cards; whenever I try to add another card there is an inevitable crash and I have to rebuild again.
On the 21st of May I started the 40day revolution and therefore added two more cards to the pile; meditation and yoga daily. Three if you count journalling too.
The stack of cards well and truly wobbled. Emotionally I almost lost the plot on day 8. Mostly I kept the pile from collapsing totally although it meant temporarily removing the running and being ok with not journalling every day.
I've done my daily yoga practice. I've done my meditation practice 2x daily.
I've done the wed night TM training sessions. I missed Primal training last week But was back there again today. I did Sat TM training with Lou and Wazza on the 26 May but had to miss last weekend as I was at a yoga retreat.
Tomorrow I fly to Brisbane and present a paper at a conference on Thursday. Going away for work or holiday is a significant risk for my training so here's the plan:
