Let's Just Call it a Recovery Week

Wednesday - nuthin'  still recovering from the head cold
Thursday - yoga
Friday - nuthin' cos I was slack.
Saturday - 8 x Clovelly Circuit which was a short swim across the bay (sea very choppy today) and a run around the bay.  This totalled .81km per circuit according to Map My Run so I estimate I did about 6.5km run/swim in 1 hour.

Tomorrow I have planned to go kayaking however the group is ever decreasing so might be out there by myself at this rate!
