Session with Mistress Sparta on the banks of the Swan River:
• walk 2km
• squats
• knee push ups changing hand position each time
• assisted pull ups
• run 100m
Repeat above.
• lunges changing foot position each time
• shuffle run with squat to touch ground each side
• commando crawl up hill about 10m
Repeat (replacing commando crawl with bear crawl x 5)
1 set of all of the above
Walk backwards uphill x 5
Bear crawl up retaining wall x 3
Walk 2km
We did have a little bit of fun playing on the exercise equipment too. Here's a photo of me rowing on the bank of the Swan River
