Measure of success

I confess, I didn't weigh myself last week. I had been away and away from my scales on Monday then I ate so much crap food while bored at Perth airport for 12 hours (thanks to flight delay/cancellation) that I didn't want to weigh myself the next day.

This week I feel heavier, my clothes don't feel any looser and my tummy is bloated so was expecting a gain. Instead, I find I've lost 600g since last weighin.

My average weight loss since 19/12/2011 is 200g per week. Not exactly biggest loser! But a steady downward trend is good. Losing and regaining is not good so I'm keeping the eye one the long term desired outcome. Losing it and keeping it off.

No RunClub tonight as we didn't get anyone turn up except me! Actually, this worked out well. I made today a rest day and I'll run tomorrow evening instead.
